Unit-1 Overview
Sri Vyjayanthi Labs Pvt Ltd, Unit-1 is a 15-year-old manufacturing facility located in the premier Pharma hub, JNPC (Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City), Parawada, Anakapalli District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
At Unit-1, the infrastructure facilities include an Intermediate Manufacturing block, a dedicated Glycerophosphate Manufacturing Block, a Pilot Plant, a Process Development Lab, two ISO Class 8 Clean Rooms, separate Warehouses for Solid & Liquid Raw materials, Finished products and Packing materials, and separate over-the-ground solvent tanks for handling bulk solvents safely.
Safety & Environmental Commitment
We ensure safety in all operations and house a full-fledged QC lab in the Administrative building. Our dedicated RO and purified water system, utility buildings with boiler systems, chilling water systems, and cooling towers, along with a dedicated ETP and solid waste handling areas with a common effluent handling facility, reflect our unwavering commitment to protect and improve the environment.
