Sri Vyjayanthi Labs Unit-2 is a new green field project started its manufacturing in the March of 2025. The state-of-art manufacturing facility is located at XXXXX.
At unit-2, the infrastructure facility includes an multi-purpose manufacturing block with three different manufacturing lines to manufacture both Intermediates for API’s and Active Mineral Ingredients/ Salts.
The facility has streamlined operations with QA and QC department in the administration block.
The facility also have separate warehouses for solid raw materials, liquid raw materials, bulk raw materials, finished goods, packing materials and engineering materials. Sperate storage tanks for handling bulk solvents.
In-house process development lab works on trouble shooting, yield improvements, cost reductions and technology adaption.
